About Me

Hi, there! It’s me, Jenny.

I believe that gaining clarity in our lives enables us to live more fulfilled and successful lives, whether at home, in business, with our families, or in our finances. We often find ourselves stuck in the map of the world we learned as children, shaping our reality and interactions. By raising our threshold for coping with life’s challenges, we can unlock greater success and fulfillment.

Over 20 years ago, I began my journey as an entrepreneur, and now I have a portfolio career. I have successfully run my own business, including over a decade of managing a storefront. Along the way, I’ve raised five wonderful children, navigated three international moves, and lived in numerous towns. My eldest is now a successful adult living abroad, and my youngest is embarking on a journey in the trade industry.

Through my discovery of transformational coaching, I know firsthand the benefits of having a coach to support, reflect, encourage, and challenge you. When we recognize our true worth, we live more fulfilled and successful lives. I have been part of creating women’s programs designed to encourage and build confidence, and I have spoken at various events to inspire and empower others. I am passionate about teaching and speaking in both small groups and larger gatherings.

Additionally, I integrate my creative art skills into my coaching, using artistic activities to help clients connect more deeply with themselves and others. When we can sit with ourselves and know that any thought is fleeting, we realize that we can focus on where we want to be and nothing can stop us. My mission is to help everyone understand that they are truly a ten out of ten.
